ASTRO Cha Eun Woo Reveals Why He Thinks THIS Type of Breakup is Worse
Following his recent gorgeous photoshoot, ASTRO Cha Eun Woo sat down for an interview with Cosmopolitan Korea. In a clip posted on the magazine's official YouTube channel, the male idol answered various questions through the balance game.
There, Cha Eun Woo answered the question, "Diving breakup or transfer breakup?"
As a response, he expressed more displeasure at diving separation.
In context, "diving breakup" is equivalent to the term "ghosting," where your partner just cuts off all communication including texts and calls.
Meanwhile, a "transfer breakup" is when your significant other finds someone new right after ending the relationship.
ASTRO Cha Eun Woo then particularly explained why he thought the former is more infuriating. He said:
"Both make me angry and feel bad. But if my girlfriend will be ghosting me, I think I will feel worse.
If she leaves me because she found another man, I'll understand that she's no longer in love with me and that she changed, but if she ghosts me, I will feel frustrated because I don't have any idea what's going on. I think that will be hard for me."
As the interview went on, Cha Eun Woo also chose whether he'd rather hang out with friends he likes or people who like him. He responded:
"I like complacency. I feel comfortable with the people I like."
When asked if he prefers friends who are away but always get in touch or friends who are nearby but don't get in touch, the "First Love" singer revealed he dislikes the latter more.
"It doesn't sound right if you're not contacting me even if we are close in proximity. The other option is someone who contacts me often but lives far away. I prefer this one."

Meanwhile, the interview was held following the idol-actor's photoshoot with fashion magazine Cosmopolitan Korea. Cha Eun Woo will grace the four covers of the magazine's September 2022 issue.
In the photos initially and digitally released on August 16, Cha Eun Woo stood in front of the camera as an ambassador of the luxury beauty brand Christian Dior, showing off his elegance.

In another photo, the "True Beauty" star flaunted his sophisticated beauty in a studio with warm sunlight gleaming on his face. He also showecased his healthy appearance and confidence in front of the camera by featuring his smooth and silky skin in close-range shots.
