TWICE Sana and Jihyo recently went to Red Velvet Wendy's radio show, SBS "Youngstreet," to promote their 11th mini-album "BETWEEN 1&2" and title track "Talk That Talk." But that did not become the talk of the fans as Sana kept giving loving glances to the Red Velvet member!

Red Velvet Wendy's Heart Flutters Because of TWICE Sana

As the show neared its end, TWICE Sana asked for Wendy's number. The Red Velvet member gladly gave it to her.

Sana did not hesitate to make sure that is it her senior's number as she called her own phone to check that it has indeed registered on her phone.

After that, Wendy mentioned that Sana kept giving her loving gazes as they talk. The main vocalist even joked that Sana should stop it because she might fall for the TWICE member, which the Japanese idol just laughed at.

In their ending talking segment, Sana said that their promotions might be just an excuse to actually see Wendy and talk to her in person. She added that Wendy should continue getting her pretty pictures taken every time she goes to work, which made the three of them laugh.

Further, Wendy asked the members if there was anything they would like to say to other TWICE members, their fans, or their company staff. Sana, instead, turned to the DJ and told her she is pretty, and that earned another round of laughter from the trio.

TWICE Jihyo & Sana Recall Their First Interaction With Red Velvet Wendy

In the middle of the show, Sana went on to tell the story of how she fell for the Red Velvet main vocalist.

"I went on a variety show alone once. The steps were pretty high, and Wendy was sitting in front of me. We didn't even talk once when we were going down, but she reached her hand out to me like I was a princess. My heart fluttered while I held her hand going down."

To this, Wendy only replied by laughing shyly.

Since Red Velvet Wendy is a shy person, she doesn't really strike up conversations first with other idols from other groups.

Because of that, it was her first time having a really long conversation with TWICE's leader. She said to Jihyo that they do often meet in person because of promotions but she was too shy to talk to them.

Then, Park Jihyo remembered something from a long time ago.

"You probably don't remember when we first talked, but we've met a lot, but we're not really close. We met at ISAC (Idol Star Athletics Championship) and I had short hair for the first time then. Back then, you told me, 'You got a haircut?' and I was surprised. I was touched."

Wendy replied by saying that she has been watching TWICE but could not approach them since she is very shy.

Sana Accidentally Spills TWICE's Schedule?

Sana might have accidentally said on the radio show that TWICE will hold their fan meet soon when Wendy asked what they wanted to do during this promotion.

Red Velvet Wendy also asked them if there are any junior groups that they want to get close to or are interested in. The two TWICE members said they have their eyes on IVE and NewJeans.
