On Sept. 22, AB6IX released the tracklist for their forthcoming mini-album titled "TAKE A CHANCE" on their social media accounts. The album is said to be filled with songs that will showcase the group's unique colors and new vibes.

According to the tracklist, their new album will contain a total of seven songs titled "Paranoia," "Sugarcoat," "Weightless," "Complicated," "Resonance," "Crow," and "Chance" (Korean version). Out of these seven tracks, "Complicated" attracted fans' attention the most as a familiar name is listed in the credits- it is none other than MONSTA X Hyungwon.

MONSTA X Hyungwon is credited for writing the lyrics, composing, and arranging AB6IX's upcoming song "Complicated."

This surely came as a surprise to Hyungwon's fans, and now they are highly-anticipating the track's release, given his previous works. The idol has produced multiple MONSTA X songs, including the group's English song "Secrets" and their well-loved track "Wildfire."

On the fandom platform UNIVERSE, AB6IX Daehwi, who is also a talented music producer, told fans to look forward to "Complicated." He also revealed that MONSTA X Hyungwon made it and that the song is really good.

On Twitter, fans are praising Hyungwon for his numerous talents, such as modeling, being a DJ, dancing, singing, rapping, acting, and producing songs. It seems like there's nothing the idol can't do.

This year, the male idol was cast as a lead in the upcoming K-Drama "Boss-Dol Mart" together with EXO Xiumin. The drama is scheduled to start filming soon.

In March, Hyungwon and his bandmate Minhyuk returned for the sixth season of "Inssa Oppa," a show where the cast will transform into different characters and introduce the latest products and trends from G market global shop in a web-variety show format.

For the new season, the two MONSTA X members focused on the "what if" concept and performed situational plays on different themes, such as the past, present, and future.

In July, Hyungwon was chosen as the model for French premium mineral water Evian. The agency launched a limited edition collection with the beagle character Snoopy at that time. Moreover, the male idol also became the model for French cosmetic brand Avène.

Then, earlier this month, Hyungwon participated in MONSTA X's "No Limit Tour" in Seoul, which took place for three days from Sept. 2 to 4.
