A clip from a live stream that IVE held on January 2022 has surfaced. At the time, Leeseo was only 14 years old.
During the stream, Jang Wonyoung suddenly noticed Leeseo's sweater. She suddenly held on to the arm's sleeve and stated that she wore that same garment at the recording studio. She then started questioning Leeseo, asking if she has bought the sweater.

Internet users noted that Jang Wonyoung's expression was visibly stiff during the exchange. Leeseo replied that the sweater she was wearing was actually Rei's, another member of IVE.

It was noted that Leeseo is not from a low-income family. She was born and raised in Banpo-dong, Gangnam, Seoul. This area is well-known for being expensive and the home of the well-off. Therefore, many found it absurd that Jang Wonyoung believed she stole the sweater.
Jang Wonyoung was criticized for crossing the line. People thought Jang Wonyoung didn't have to check and flip the tag of the sweater Leeseo was wearing to make sure it was Rei's. Others stated that Jang Wonyoung could have waited until the end of the live stream to verify the owner of the sweater.
