In the quarantine vlog posted on WayV's YouTube channel, Kun shared his detailed workout routine that anyone could follow since it does not require extensive exercise tools.

In the first episode of the vlog, Kun spilled his secret on how to lose calories. Here, he showed his daily aerobic exercise which includes body twists, jumping, push-ups, leg raising, and leg kicking.

Just so you know, the exercise list may sound plain, but Kun repeats these 30 to 50 times per set!

Before concluding the workout session in his vlog, Kun shared with the fans that they could restructure the workout activities depending on their lifestyle. Unleashing the leader in him, he extends to the fans the importance of considering one's physical capacity before immersing in a workout session.

The quarantine vlog is not the first time Kun has shared with the fans how he maintains a slim and trim body with toned abs! In an episode of WayV-ariety, a fan asked the boys for some advice on how to lose weight. 

The Chinese sub-unit's leader recommends a five-mile walk as a major key to a slim and healthy body. Specifically, this exercise should be done once in the morning and once in the nighttime.

This no-equipment exercise does not just help in maintaining a dream body but is also good for one's cardiovascular functions. Supplementarily, Kun recommends using a measuring device that keeps track of the heart rate.

Kun continuously astounds the fans with his vigor and passion for flying activities. In his releases for KUN's Cloud, the main vocalist of WayV shows his sky-diving experiences. Alongside, WayV's YouTube channel also uploaded last June 2022 an episode featuring Kun and Hendery challenging themselves in a freediving activity.

It is implied that to conduct these rigorous activities, one must be physically fit and to achieve such fitness status, an individual must have control of their food intake.

Kun mentioned in WayV-ariety that one's food intake is an integral part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. With this, the leader shared that it is better to eat healthily instead of barely eating or not eating at all.

Kun also practices and recommends "reducing the amount of food." Moreover, he said "Eating is really important. You should never take the fasting diet. If you take the fasting diet, you'd certainly get the yo-yo effect."
