1. MAMAMOO

This quartet vocal girl group formed under RBW Entertainment (formerly known as WA Entertainment) has all members born in Korea. The leader and vocalist, Solar, is from Gangseo-gu, Seoul, while rapper Moon Byul was born in Bucheon. On the other hand, Wheein and Hwasa are from Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do.

Recently, the 'HIP' singer had their comeback with the title track entitled 'ILLELLA,' which features a rich vocal song spiced with a dose of reggae influence. According to MOOMOOs, these song elements added zing to the song.

2. BIGBANG

This boy group was formed under YG Entertainment and is among the representatives from the second generation of K-pop. All four members of BIGBANG are born in South Korea. Rappers G-Dragon and T.O.P. are from Seoul, Taeyang is from Ujeongbu, and Daesung was born in Incheon.

Former member Seungri, who left the group in 2019, is also a South Korean.

3. STAYC

Previously known as HIGHUP Girls, this 6-member girl group is managed by High Up Entertainment. Debuting on November 12, 2020, the group is composed of Sumin, Sieun, Isa, Seeun, Yoon, and J. All the 'Stereotype' singers are born in South Korea.

Everyone went down for STAYC in their recent third single album, "WE NEED LOVE," which featured "BEAUTIFUL MONSTER," a song accompanied by acoustic guitar and bass sounds, as the lead track.

4. iKON

The 'Candy Sugar Pop' singers from Fantagio Entertainment have only Korean members. Aside from slaying group activities, the ASTRO is divided into sub-units - Moonbin & Sanha and Jinjin & Rocky. Meanwhile, MJ debuted as a soloist.

Interestingly, Cha Eunwoo is an actor who starred in 'My ID is Gangnam Beauty' and 'Rookie Historian Goo Hae-Ryung.'
