Which member comes to your mind first when you hear LE SSERAFIM? How about IVE or aespa? Based on a poll, people selected popular fourth-gen girl groups' "identity" members and here's the result!

From October 26 to November 2, a female-dominated site held a poll of 9 fourth-generation girl groups to determine the "identity" members, who most people think of first when they hear the group's name.

It was then clarified that the nine that will be mentioned are not necessarily the most popular members. Simply, they are the idols that most people, K-pop fan or not, are more aware of.

The author of the post revealed the result in an online community, and also emphasized that the poll was held for fun.

Here Are 9 Female Idols That Come To Mind First When Hearing Respective Groups:

1. LE SSERAFIM Kim Chaewon

According to Koreans, Kim Chaewon has the highest awareness score (389) compared to other members. She was followed by Huh Yunjin (244), Sakura (27), Eunchae (6) and Kazuha (19).

Prior to her re-debut in LE SSERAFIM, Kim Chaewon appeared in a chorale contest as a child, debuted in IZ*ONE in 2019 and is also the daughter of veteran theater actress Lee Ran Hee.

2. aespa Karina

Among the quartet, Karina has been selected as the member that a lot of people are aware of, amassing 691 votes.

Before she debuted, Karina appeared as SHINee Taemin's backup dancer for "WANT" and also worked with EXO Kai for an ad. She is famous for her CG-like visuals and proportion.

3. IVE Jang Wonyoung

In IVE, Jang Wonyoung was chosen as the "identity member."

Aside from being the member that most people are aware of, it is not an exaggeration to say that she's also the most popular member.

Aside from her success in the K-pop scene, Jang has been receiving love calls from music broadcasting stations, fashion and cosmetic brands as well as acting officials.

4. ITZY Yeji

6. Kep1er Kim Chaehyun

Among the members, Kim Chaehyun's became known among K-pop fans after almost debuting in aespa when she trained under SM Entertainment. She is also loved for her heavenly vocals.

7. (G)I-DLE Soyeon
