BTS Scores THIS Splendid Milestone on Circle Chart + Other Artists Receive Major Certificates

BTS has slapped haters with this track as they prove that even today, the supergroup is clueless about how they will carry the trophies and recognitions they are receiving.

Recently, BTS added another recognition to their endless list as Circle Chart (formerly known as Gaon) announced that the septet group bagged THIS splendid milestone for a Korean album. Alongside, the domestic chart has released other artists who received major certificates for albums and songs.

BTS Bags THIS Milestone on Circle Chart

In Circle Chart's terms, an album will receive a platinum certification if it reaches 250,000 sales, double platinum at every 500,000 sales, triple platinum if the album exceeds 750,000 sales, and a million certificate at one million sales (same goes if the album reaches a double or triple million).

The most notable certification for November goes to the Grammy-nominated artist from HYBE Labels, BTS, as they scored the first certification for five million certified seller with their album Map of the Soul: 7! This is the first album in South Korean history to do so!

This five million certified seller album was released by BTS on February 21, 2020, having ON as the title track. According to ARMYs, this achievement by BTS is proof of their domestic impact as well, since many netizens sometimes comment that BTS is only popular internationally but is a flop in South Korea.

Alongside, BTS and ARMYs have the last laugh as the album was released two years ago, but it still manages to break record after record.

According to reports, the closest album that could reach this milestone scored by Map of the Soul: 7 is another BTS album! Currently, Map of the Soul: Persona has around 4.6 million sales. So what are you waiting for, ARMYs?

Joining BTS in this huge album achievement are ten other albums as well! First, BLACKPINK's BORN PINK achieved a two million certification from the Circle Chart.

Platinum certification was earned by Regulate by NCT 127 and The ReVe Festival: Day 1 by Red Velvet. Meanwhile, double platinum certificate was awarded to Fancy You by TWICE, The Dream Chapter: Eternity by TXT, IM NAYEON by Nayeon, and ENTWURF by NMIXX.

Enlisting the roster of triple platinum sellers is the quartet girl group from SM Entertainment, aespa, with their album Savage. Lastly, TXT and NCT 127 earned a million certifications with their album The Chaos: Chapter: Freeze and 2 Baddies.
