In Mnet Asian Music Awards, or popularly known as MAMA, the grand prize daesang is divided into four categories: Song Of The Year, Album Of They Year, Artist Of The Year, and Worldwide Icon.

BIGBANG

BIGBANG won the "Song Of The Year" to their hit "Bang Bang Bang," showing how the song will indeed shape K-pop for years to come.

The legendary boy group also won as "Artist Of The Year" in MAMA 2015.

EXO

The "Growl" hitmakers won Daesangs from 2015 to 2017.

EXO is iconic, as they have three "Album Of The Year" Daesangs in their hold, displaying their musical variety and powerful sales.

TWICE

The leading girl group of 3rd generation makes it way on our list.

TWICE made waves since their viral "Cheer Up" release, earning them the "Song Of The Year" Daesang in 2016.

Despite being a rookie group, they are the fastest girl group to achieve "Song Of The Year" Daesang on MAMA. IVE rose up to the stage to claim their prize, expressing their gratitude to everyone who supported them and their appreciation.

BTS

Most fans wouldn't even know where to start when it comes to BTS' achievements. Fans around the world have witnessed their journey from a small company to one of the biggest groups in the world.

The septet won "Artist Of The Year" from 2016 to 2022, followed by "Album Of The Year," "Song Of The Year," starting from 2019, and "Worldwide Icon" in the remaining years.
