Dispatch has revealed the text exchanges that Blockberry Creative considered as evidence of former LOONA Chuu's "abuse of power" toward company staff.

Dispatch Reveals Messages Blockberry Creative Deemed as Evidence of Former LOONA Chuu's 'Abuse of Power'

On Nov. 25, Blockberry Creative announced the removal of Chuu from LOONA, with the reason being "violent language and misuse of power" toward agency staff.

On Dec. 19, Dispatch released a lengthy report detailing the dispute between Chuu and the company.

One of the topics discussed is the alleged abuse of power of the former LOONA member. Dispatch explained that Blockberry Creative's evidence for this claim are the KakaoTalk conversations between Chuu and company staff from August 2021 to July 2022.

The Korean media outlet provided an example, which is a conversation between the idol and Team Lead B on Dec. 28, 2021.

Their chat is as follows:

Team Lead B: Hey Jiwoo (Chuu's real name), I received a report from the management team that you won't participate in the album activities of LOONA anymore. Is this correct?"

Chuu: I am participating though?

Chuu: I've never once skipped out on a broadcast schedule ^^ There's not a single schedule I didn't participate in after saying I wouldn't do broadcasts anymore.

Chuu: Please don't lie. There is nothing scheduled that I skipped, and you people don't have the ability to get any (broadcast) schedules anyway, and there is no justification to pull out of schedules already set, so please don't cause someone else to be dishonored.

Chuu: Seriously, all you people know how to do is lie. Tsk. Get some rest please~

From the point of view of Team Lead B, Chuu's words were harsh. But Dispatch said that those words were said because Chuu has already lost her trust in her company, which she defined as an "incompetent" agency. The media outlet added that the idol strongly sees the label as a "liar."

Dispatch also shared a screenshot of another conversation between Chuu and Team Lead B that took place on Dec. 30, 2021.

Their messages are as follows:

Chuu: Team Lead? My mother has asked for my seal.

(Certain financial transactions in Korea are signed by stamping a personal seal, instead of a written signature.)

Chuu: Is the company not even going to give me my seal?

Chuu: Are you ignoring my mother?

Chuu: Not giving money~ Not giving the seal either~ Not providing the documents detailing the basis for my payments either~

Chuu: Blockberry is the best~

Team Lead B: We have never ignored your mother. About the seal, I will check with the company, then let you know.

Chuu: You said that you would give it to me, but now it seems that you're not. Oho.

Dispatch said that Chuu's distrust started with money, which is evident from her remarks such as "Not giving money~ Not providing the documents detailing the basis for my payments either."

For reference, B is a person who participated in the first half of Chuu's casting in 2017.

Dispatch Compares How Former LOONA Chuu Talked to Blockberry Creative Staff in 2017 and 2022

In their exclusive report, Dispatch said that former LOONA Chuu was a "warm-hearted" girl in December 2017. But five years later, she said "harsh words" toward company staff.

Back in December 2017, Chuu wrote a heartfelt letter to Blockberry Creative's Team Lead B.

Her letter is as follows:

"Hello! Team Lead B. I got to debut today, Dec. 28, as LOONA's tenth member Chuu! Thank you so much. I'm so happy that I got to debut under such a good opportunity, and right now it still doesn't feel real.

P.S.

Do you remember that one day in 2016? I was so inexperienced and lacking, but after working hard [omitted]... Seeing this, I think we really can't see an inch ahead when it comes to how things turn out. Hehe from now on, I will grow even further and show you lots of great things."

But in June 2022, Chuu's messages to B weren't as bright as before. The conversation happened after Chuu spoiled a bit of choreography for an upcoming song during her video fan signing event. Representative A complained about this to Chuu's mother and the female idol subsequently contacted Team Lead B about the matter.

The conversation between Chuu and Team Lead B is as follows:

Chuu: With something like this [laughing] With 1 second, this is what you're nagging over?

Chuu: Do you not want me to have affection?

Chuu: I'm sitting out this album.

Chuu: You gotta be kidding me.

Chuu: Appearing or participating in stuff like 'Queendom,' don't even dream of it going forward.

Chuu: Have no intent to reflect over one's wrongdoings I see.

Chuu: Spoilers, don't you know that other groups, our group, everyone does this stuff at fansigns and broadcasts?

Chuu: Are you not responding?

Chuu: Team lead-nim.

Chuu: Reply.

Chuu: Reply.

Chuu [informal]: Are you seriously not gonna pull it together until I die and write down everything that's happened so far before I die?

Team Lead B: Let me figure out what the situation is here.

Chuu: Didn't team lead-nim send this?

Team Lead B: Right. I did not send that.

Chuu: Cut it out, watch it. I'm serious. This is my last warning.

Chuu: Tell CEO A, word for word.

Team Lead B: We Will give the internal staff another warning.

Chuu: So~~~~~oooo pathetic seriously.

Chuu: Tell me who brought this up.

Chuu: That text [laughing] Seriously, so ridiculous.

Team Lead B: I'm looking at this and it seems that CEO A-nim told your mother.

Team Lead B: I will give one more warning to the internal staff so that Miss Jiwoo won't be stressed out by things like this.

Team Lead B: I'm sorry for making you feel upset. I will apologize instead.

Team Lead B: Yep. I will.

Chuu: I know it's tough working with A.
