37th Golden Disc Awards Winners Announced: BTS, TREASURE, More!

On January 7, the 37th Golden Disc Awards commenced and announced its winners. The awarding ceremony was held on Rajamangala National Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

Many fans attended the event, for the purpose of cheering their faves and rooting for them to win awards. Aside from the awarding sessions, fans also expected thrilling performances from the artists.

For "Rookie Artist of The Year" award, monster rookie girl group NewJeans bagged the trophy. Afterwards, they made their speech on stage, thanking everyone for the award. The group also received the "Best Digital Song" award later on.

They were followed by fellow 4th generation girl group, LE SSERAFIM, which took home the award. They thanked everyone and promised 2023 will be a great year for their fans.

IVE went on next to receive the award, highlighting them as one of the most captivating girl groups of 2022. IVE also won the Best Digital Song Award.

On the "Best Group" award, boy group TREASURE took home the trophy and made their acceptance speech.

SEVENTEEN followed them on the program, receiving their award, "Thai K-pop Artist." They also won the award for "Best Performance" and "Best Album" as well.

Meanwhile, soloists Younha and BE'O bagged the "Best Solo Artist" Award.

For "Best Album," groups ENHYPEN, BLACKPINK, SEVENTEEN, NCT DREAM, NCT 127 and Stray Kids took the awards home. NCT DREAM and NCT 127 made both of their acceptance speeches through video.

BTS also won the award, with member J-hope receiving the trophy and gave his speech afterwards. Furthermore, J-hope took home the "Thai Fans Support with BAOJI" award.

(G)I-DLE and Stray Kids won the "Most Popular Artist" award.

As the ceremony progressed, BTS J-hope won the "Thai Fans Support with BAOJI" Award, while iconic showman PSY won "Artist Of The Year."
