Following the group's hiatus, ONCEs were in for a surprise after TWICE Jeongyeon showed her weight loss. The idol recently shared new photos of her on SNS, and K-pop fans had nothing but praises for the singer.

In various online communities and SNS, TWICE Jeongyeon went viral for her current status after she stopped working in the K-pop scene due to health problems.
In context, Jeongyeon, who suffered from neck disc and panic disorder, suspended her activities several times from 2021 to 2022 to recuperate.
Amid her treatment, she would join TWICE's selected schedules once in a while, and every time, she drew attention to her noticeable weight gain.
At the time, a former entertainment reporter turned YouTube insider revealed that the real reason Jeongyeon gained a lot of weight was due to the side effect of the medication (steroid) she was taking for her disc surgery.
More than her weight, Jeongyeon also caused concerns after she resumed her activities in November 2021, where she appeared with a paler complexion than before.
Despite that, fans, especially ONCEs (TWICE fandom), attested to the idol that she's always pretty no matter what.

Amid mixed reactions over her weight gain, Jeongyeon was recognizably making a lot of effort for self-management to regain her health.
On January 1, after about a month of hiatus on Instagram, Jeongyeon revealed her status by posting various photos.
In the images, the "Feel Special" singer drew attention as she looked slim in her black suit. Despite her short hair, a haircut that usually makes women look chubbier, Jeongyeon boasted a smaller face.
Her slimmer face also highlighted her beautiful features even more.
In the other photos, Jeongyeon was then seen wearing a black mini-dress. She attracted attention by showing off her extraordinary angular beauty, slender arms and legs.
On January 8, more photos of Jeongyeon's weight loss were shared online, showing off one of her tips for losing weight.
In an Instagram post, the idol's tennis coach thanked and congratulated the idol for winning first place during the game and certified the moment through selfies.
In the meantime, Jeongyeon has been taking care of her health through sports such as tennis. People were also stunned to see Jeongyeon's impressive beauty without makeup from an unedited photo and natural lighting.
