BTS and BLACKPINK are nominated at the 2023 Nickelodeon Kids' Awards! The two most popular 3rd-gen groups were also joined by the most recognized artists worldwide.

BTS, BLACKPINK Receive Several Nods in 2023 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards

On January 31, Nickelodeon has officially announced the list of nominees for the 2023 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards. In the list, Nickelodeon included powerhouse groups BTS and BLACKPINK.

The two groups were nominated in the "Favorite Music Group" category, alongside well-known artists, such as 5 Seconds of Summer, Black Eyed Peas, Imagine Dragons, One Republic, Panic! At the Disco, and Paramore.

Aside from "Favorite Music Group," BLACKPINK was also nominated for "Favorite Global Music Star" as Asia's representative. The girl group was also joined by Wizkid (Africa), Tones and I (Australia), Taylor Swift (North America), Rosalía (Europe), Harry Styles (UK), and Bad Bunny (Latin America).

Previously, BTS was included as one of the winners in 2022 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards.

The "Dynamite" singers won the "Favorite Music Group," scoring their victory over singers Florida Georgia Line, Black Eyed Peas, Maroon 5, Jonas Brothers, and Migos.

Upon winning the award, BTS leader RM made their acceptance speech, expressing their gratitude to Nickelodeon and most of all, ARMY.

"Thank you KCAs and ARMY for the Favorite Music Group award. We're honored and so grateful to receive the award."

On a further note, the achievement marked BTS's third consecutive year in winning "Favorite Music Group," following 2020 and 2021.

The 2023 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards will be held on March 4, at Los Angeles, USA.

BTS Bags Awards at 2021 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards

On the 2021 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards, BTS also made multiple wins. It was announced that the group had secured "Favorite Music Group," winning over BLACKPINK, Jonas Brothers, Black Eyed Peas, OneRepublic, and Maroon 5.

They also won the "Favorite Global Music Star" award as a representative of Asia, beating David Guetta (Europe), Master KG (Africa), Taylor Swift (North America), Sebastian Yatra (Latin America), and Savannah Clarke (Australia).

BTS has also earned the "Favorite Song" award with their viral sensation "Dynamite."

With BTS winning three trophies from the awards show, ARMYs congratulated the boys for their achievements:

"I am so proud of them."

"I truly hope it's the kids who chose them because seriously, no better role models on earth. If the rest of us had BTS when we were young, we would've done so much more."

"So proud of ARMYS, You guys are the best. We never disappoint BTS, and BTS has never disappointed us."

"Biggest band in the world did that, as it should."
