MAMAMOO Details First-Ever US Tour 'MY CON'

MAMAMOO Unveils Details on First US Tour For 'MY CON'

On March 16, MAMAMOO has finally revealed the official schedule of the North American leg of their 2023 world tour.

The group took off the veil on their official Twitter, surprising many of their fans, MooMoos. In the schedule poster, "MY CON" will consist of two months in the tour's timeframe.

The "Starry Night" hitmakers will kickstart in New York on May 16. It will then be trailed by Baltimore on May 18, Atlanta on May 20, Nashville on May 22, Forth Worth on May 23, Chicago on May 27, and Glendale on May 31.

Afterwards, in the month of June, MAMAMOO will put concert stops on Oakland on June 2, followed by Los Angeles on June 3.

MooMoos were excited to see MAMAMOO venture on their first U.S. tour, and expressed their joy online. Some even asked specific directions on which part of these locations will the group perform at.

Others even questioned their agency RBW if the girls would have no vacant time to explore the cities. To prepare for the concert, fans suggested the agency to restock MAMAMOO's light stick, Moobong.

MAMAMOO Wheein Ends Exclusive Contract With RBW

In other news, Wheein of MAMAMOO has terminated her exclusive contract with RBW. The agency confirmed Korean media outlets' reports of the action, on June 11, 2021.

RBW uploaded an official statement, explaining that Wheein and the agency have come to the conclusion of not renewing her contract, after a series of in-depth discussion. Furthermore, RBW rooted for Wheein's success and have her wishes respected.

On August 31, 2021, MAMAMOO Wheein joined a new label, THE L1VE. The announcement was made on Twitter, with THE L1VE giving Wheein a heartwarming welcome. Following this, Wheein also posted on Instagram, declaring the transfer.

"I'm going to do both MAMAMOO activities and solo activities like now. I'd appreciate your support! Our beloved Moomoos, What the Moomoos want and expect, I'll consistently show you. Trust me!"

As seen with their current activities, MAMAMOO is still going strong despite Wheein not renewing her contract with RBW. They are active enough to put on a U.S. tour for their fans!
