BIGBANG Taeyang Confirms Collab With BLACKPINK Lisa

On April 12, THEBLACKLABEL, BIGBANG Taeyang's agency, released an official statement introducing Lisa as the legend's featuring artist on his upcoming solo album.

The YG's subsidiary label, led by producer Teddy, said:

"It is true that (BLACKPINK) Lisa will be featured in (BIGBANG) Taeyang's new album."

Earlier, OSEN exclusively reported that Lisa participated in Taeyang's new album, which is set to be released in late April, as a feature.

Moreover, in response to the question, of whether she will only participate in the music only or even with the MV, the agency added:

"It is also right (that Lisa) will appear in the music video."

Earlier, Taeyang and Lisa were spotted eating together at YG Entertainment, making it clearer now that the two were hinting at their soon-to-be-released work.

With this report, there are already high expectations on what kind of music the two will produce, earning anticipation as well with their teamwork not only as junior and senior but as celebrities who have been boasting their close friendship since Lisa's trainee days.

In the past, Lisa, who was yet to debut as BLACKPINK, appeared in Taeyang's solo, "RINGA LINGA," in 2013. At the time, a huge number of YG artists appeared in his MV, including the female star who was still a trainee back then.

Meanwhile, BLINKs, BLACKPINK's fandom, are showing their excitement as this is Lisa's first time to feature in a K-pop artist's album.

All of this will be unveiled when Taeyang releases his new album this April.

BIGBANG Revokes Disbandment Rumor With Group Photo

Meanwhile, BIGBANG indirectly addressed their disbandment rumor after posting a photo as a whole, excluding T.O.P.

Recently, the speculation of parting ways arose after T.O.P, Taeyang and Daesung transferred to their respective new nests, leaving GD in YG Entertainment.

As a result, people claimed that a reunion will be harder now that the members aren't under the same agency due to schedule conflicts.

However, on April 10, the legendary group quashed these claims, with GD posting his photo along with Daesung and Taeyang. In the picture, three are smiling brightly.

It is reported that they met after their leader GD invited them during the release of his Nike X PEACEMINUSONE's new model, "Kwondo 1."

Unfortunately, T.O.P wasn't there, but V.I.Ps strongly believe that he was also invited but wasn't able to attend due to his preparation for the first civilian mission to the moon, "dearMoon."
