Billlie Halts Group Activities + Mystic Story Releases Official Announcement

Mystic Story has released an announcement regarding Billlie's group activities.

Billlie to Temporarily Halt Group Activities

On April 20, Billlie's agency Mystic Story released an official statement on the girl group's activities.

In the statement, Mystic Story declared that Billlie will cancel all scheduled promotions and activities temporarily. This is due to the passing of ASTRO Moonbin, the older brother of Billlie member Moon Sua. The announcement was made via Billlie's official fan café.

Mystic Story also updated fans about Billlie's fan signing event, to which they declared halted as well. They also clarified that further additional notices on Billie's schedule cancellations will be provided. Furthermore, the agency kindly asked for everyone's understanding.

Read their official statement below:

"Greetings. This is Mystic Story.

We would like to inform everyone that Billlie's scheduled activities for this week have been canceled or postponed.

As for the fan signing event, a further announcement will be made regarding its schedule. We will also provide more notices about Billlie's schedule cancellations, such as broadcasts and other activities related to specific promotions.

We kindly ask for the unconditional understanding of fans."

ASTRO Moonbin Wins Spot at His Sister Billlie Sua's Fanmeet

In other news, Moonbin and Moon Sua are known for their lovely sibling interaction.

On November 15, 2021, the list of winners for Billlie's fan signing event was revealed. The wholesome event was held through video call, because of the COVID-19 pandemic's impact worldwide.

This was also to take safety measures when it comes to close contact, by implementing a social-distancing rule. With this precaution, fans and idols will have the chance to interact with one another without risking.

Among the list of winners, a familiar name caught the attention of netizens. The name is revealed to be Moonbin, the older brother of Sua. People immediately wondered if Moonbin really did secure a spot on Billlie's fanmeeting.

On a messaging app, Moonbin interacted with fans, and shared that he indeed won a place on the fan singing event. Moonbin even pictured how his visit would go.

He stated:

"I will probably just be like, 'Uhm, Hi,' then the staff will tell me that the time is up."

Billlie is a girl group composed of six members namely Moon Sua, Suhyeon, Haram, Tsuki, Siyoon, and Haruna. On November 10, 2021, Billlie debuted with their first mini album "The Billage of Perception: Chapter One."

In February 2020, seven female trainees formed a pre-debut team Mystic Rookies. It was formed by existing girl group members Sua Suhyeon, Haram, and Suki, alongside with trainees Lee Soomin and Takeuchi Miyu. However, Soomin left in August 2020 and Miyu in May 2021.

The group is also loved for their iconic hits "GingaMingaYo," "EUNOIA," and many more.
