ASTRO Cha Eun Woo Worries AROHAs After Recent Appearance at KonnecThai Event

On April 29, Cha Eun Woo made a buzz following his attendance at the red carpet event of KonnectThai. The festival aimed to connect Thailand and Korea through performances and shows from various artists. 

During the two-day event, real-time photos and videos were being posted, and Cha Eun Woo drew attention for his top-tier visuals clad in black suit on the red carpet.

During his walk to the photo wall, he waved and made eye contact with his fans, especially AROHAs, who attended the event to cheer for him.

However, despite his visuals and professionalism, fans expressed concerns for him.

The event was held just ten days after his co-ASTRO member Moonbin passed away; thus, fans were worried about him proceeding with his schedule, smiling to people while the wound was still fresh.

On April 23, his agency Fantagio announced that Cha Eun Woo would proceed with his schedule, and emphasized that it was a decision made carefully between the artist, company, staff, and organizers.

However, people stated that the idol deserved to rest and mourn.

According to those who saw him, it was noticeable that the idol lost weight, and some also noted he seemed tired.

ASTRO Cha Eun Woo Teary-Eyed During 'Focus on Me' Stage

Fans showed their worries even more after Cha Eun Woo's clip, where he got teary-eyed during a performance at the event, circulated online.

In the video, Cha Eun Woo sang his song, "Focus on Me," for fans. But during the performance, he got teary-eyed and choked up.

The viewers shared that Cha Eun Woo possibly got emotional due to the lyrics of the song.

"Focus on me, Oh Hear my voice, Lean on my shoulder. You can lean on me. Don't forget the one person who will support you.

Focus on me, Oh Here I am, I will always be by your side. If you hear my little voice, take a bigger step."

Some expressed their opinion that the lyrics of the song made them feel overwhelmed, and think of the late Moonbin.

"Focus on Me," a remake of the original song sung by CoffeeBoy, was released by Cha Eun Woo as the OST for web-comic promotion of "The Villainess is a Marionette." It delivers comforting lyrics that emphasizes that there is a person who's always right next to you amid everything, and reminds you that "you are not alone." 

Despite this, it was reported that Cha Eun Woo immediately calmed down and finished the event with a bright appearance.
