SEVENTEEN Hoshi Has Cutest Interaction With His Idol SHINee Taemin By Doing 'HARD' Challenge

Following its release on June 26, SHINee's "HARD" Challenge is rising as a trend in the K-pop scene. SM Entertainment artists, such as Girls' Generation Taeyeon, EXO Baekhyun, NCT members, aespa Karina and Winter, have joined the challenge to promote the song's point choreography, along with Key, Minho, and Taemin.

2nd-generation artists also participated in the challenge, including ZE:A Kwang Hee, Apink Namjoo and Hayoung.

Among the idols who did the challenge, the junior idols, who grew up admiring SHINee as their role models, stood out. The list includes ENHYPEN Ni-Ki, ATEEZ Seonghwa, and SEVENTEEN Hoshi.

On various social media platforms, Shawols (SHINee fandom) couldn't help but feel happy for thse stars for being able to dance with their long-time idols!

On July 4, Hoshi garnered cheers from his co-Shawols and CARATs (SEVENTEEN fandom) for being the "most successful fan" as he was able to do the challenge with his idol and role model, SHINee Taemin.

SHINee's official accounts posted their video together, and upon its release, both fandoms screamed witnessing the cutest interaction between the sunbae-hoobae stars.

In the clip, Hoshi flaunted his signed "AMIGO," SHINee's first-ever album repackage.

Being the best K-pop dancers of their respective generations, Taemin and Hoshi showcased high synchronization, raising the difficulty level of the choreography to a maximum of 100%.

Viewers couldn't help but smile as the video ended with the two having fun mimicking each others' movements while wearing matching white shirts and pants.

As of July 5, the video surpassed 2M views on Twitter, 1.4M Instagram Reels views, and 1.2M views on TikTok.

SEVENTEEN Hoshi 'Most Successful Shawol' After Getting THESE From SHINee Taemin

After the video, Shawols and Carats both rejoiced. The fact that Taemin, the introverted member of SHINee, agreed on filming a dance challenge with a non-SM artist in another label's building, is already something to brag about.

Following the challenge, Hoshi, who gave Taemin a signed "FML" album in exchange of SHINee's first and latest album, was also posted by the latter on his personal Instagram and even tagged the junior idol on his Story.

And if this wasn't enough, Taemin started following Hoshi on the social media platform as well!

It seems like Taemin is fond of his junior, and even mentioned the idol on the fandom-communicating app Bubble, saying that he "got close to SEVENTEEN Hoshi" and showed fascination that they are both INFP.

Indeed, a win for SEVENTEEN Hoshi!
