For the month of July, the Korean Business Research Institute has officially announced their brand reputation rankings for advertisement models, which contains both artists from the K-pop and K-drama industries, as well as other celebrities from other fields.
Here are 8 K-pop artists dominating the ad model rankings for July 2023!
1. BLACKPINK
BLACKPINK made it on the No. 1 spot with a score of 84.56 percent positive reactions from their positivity-negativity analysis, and a brand reputation index of 1,953,348. With many of the group's ongoing deals and activities with numerous brands, this propelled the group to secure the first place.
2. NewJeans
NewJeans claimed the second place with a brand reputation index of 1,829,855, due to a remarkable score rise of 72.46 score rise.
Among the long roster of K-pop groups in the fourth generation, NewJeans made an impressive start in their career not just by their music, but also their influence. The group has also collaborated and endorse numerous brands such as Levi's, Coca-Cola, Musinsa, and McDonald's Korea.
3. Lim Young Woong
On the original list, Lim Young Woong secured the fourth place with a brand reputation index of 1,671,078.
4. BTS
The soloist was trailed by global boy group BTS, who managed to garner a brand reputation index of 1,473,762, securing the sixth place.
5. IU
Top soloist IU made it on the list's seventh place with a brand reputation index of 1,467,228.
6. LE SSERAFIM
On the institute's list, LE SSERAFIM secured the No. 13 spot, with a brand reputation index of 817,427.
7. IVE
The list's No. 14 spot was secured by fourth-gen IVE, who attained a brand reputation index of 799,587. They are also endorsers of brands such as Puma (APAC) and Pepsi.
8. SEVENTEEN
For the month of July, SEVENTEEN made it on the list with a brand reputation index of 644,920.
