The Korean Business Research Institute has officially announced their brand reputation rankings for July, which covers individual idols in the K-pop industry. Many groups have delivered most of their music releases and content throughout July, leading to buzz and attention.

According to their report, the organization has derived these rankings through numerous factors such as the participation of consumers, coverage within the media, and aspects that can generally lead to exposure. The data was gathered from June 20 to July 20.

Here are the top 7 K-pop idols dominating the brand reputation rankings for July 2023!

1. BTS Jungkook

For July, BTS's youngest member Jungkook claimed the No. 1 spot with an 11.24 percent score increase, leading to a brand reputation index of 4,484,639. Apart from his total index, the maknae also received 94.03 percent positive reactions from his positivity-negativity analysis.

Jungkook, who made his official solo track in July with "Seven (feat. Latto)," gained the attention of ARMYs and netizens. The idol also gained buzz with his promotions for the song.

2. BLACKPINK Jisoo

This was followed by Jisoo of BLACKPINK, who attained a 5.34 score rise, concluding an amazing brand reputation index of 3,696,320. The "FLOWER" singer gained traction for her group and solo activities, as well as her extracurriculars outside idol career.

3. BTS Jimin

Jimin took over No. 3 with his brand reputation index of 3,259,257 for July, proving his unwavering popularity among fandoms.

4. BLACKPINK Lisa

For the month of July, BLACKPINK's youngest member and main dancer Lisa gained a brand reputation index of 3,225,508. This final score was due to the member accumulating an overwhelming score rise of 106.72 percent.

5. SNSD YoonA

YoonA completed the list's top five after seeing a massive score increase of 167.17 percent and brand reputation index of 2,904,464. She also gained attention for her appearances on formal events and her star role on the ongoing K-drama series "King the Land" with 2PM Lee Junho.
