SNSD Tiffany Has Witty Response to Fan Who 'Mistakenly' Shouted Jessica's 'I Got a Boy' Line

There, the singer met her fans, SONEs, at the Samsung Galaxy Experience Space in New York City, and drew attention to her wholesome interactions with everyone. However, a certain clip began making its rounds on SNS, where Tiffany gave a smooth response when a fan shouted former member Jessica's iconic line from the group's multihit track, "I Got a Boy," released in 2013.

In the video, she was seen trying products inside the interactive Samsung Galaxy Experience Space when a fan shouted:

"Tiffany, bring it back to 140!"

Quickly, Tiffany responded:

"Girl, that's pretty fast."

The scene drew laughter from fans as the iconic line, "Don't stop, bring it back to 140," is actually the former Girls' Generation Jessica's member's line, and it drew debate for its genius double meaning.

Some also said that the line means going back to the chorus, which first appeared at the 1:40 mark of the song, but it can also mean bringing back the tempo to 140 bpm (chorus tempo); hence, Tiffany's response!

The reason it's a big deal to many SONEs is that they think the fan was "shading" Tiffany, who was once embroiled in a discord rumor with Jessica.

Some also think that shouting other members' lines isn't good, and it would've been "appropriate" if the fan instead shouted, "DJ, put it back on!" instead, which is Tiffany's legendary line from the same song.

Nonetheless, many people didn't think there were any "shady" intentions and that it was simply a fun interaction between the idol and a fan.

As the video continues to circulate on the web, the original uploader took to TikTok to explain her side, and denied that she meant any shade at all. According to her, she meant it with all love.

The OP got so excited and forgot that what she shouted wasn't Tiffany's line originally, hoping that people wouldn't grill her on the internet for it.
