ITZY Yuna Reveals Desire for Solo IG Account on 'K Star Next Door'

On August 5, ITZY members Ryujin, Chaeryoung, and Yuna appeared as guests on Jonathan Yiombi's variety show "K Star Next Door."

In the episode, the "CAKE" singers enjoyed their time on the program, where they answered interview questions and played fun games with the host. However, during the 18:20 mark of the episode, Jonathan mentioned a request from MIDZYs.

Jonathan revealed that fans wanted ITZY to have their own individual accounts on Instagram, according to a post titled, "ITZY's goal for 2023: Individual Instagram accounts. Only if JYP agrees."

The host then asked them if they wanted to open one, to which Yuna replied that while she wants to release her own account, having one is not as easy as wanting it.

Jonathan: "There's something your fans want from you. Follow ITZY's individual Instagram accounts, it's what your fans want. But 'Only if JYP agrees.' That's what your fan wrote."

Jonathan: "Do you want to open one?"

Yuna: "I want to open one, but it's not something I can do (easily) just because I want it."

Yuna's remark about wanting to have her own Instagram account caught netizens' attention. Fans mentioned that JYP Entertainment was always behind schedule when it comes to promoting ITZY's individual members and that the group should have their solo IG accounts already. Read their comments here:
