On August 8, Rosé held a live broadcast to talk about BLACKPINK's seventh debut anniversary, gaining many BLINKs in the comment section, including Filipina celebrity Andrea Brillantes.

Among these celebrity couples, Andrea Brillantes and now ex-boyfriend Ricci Rivero became included on the list. BLINKs noticed Andrea's comment on Rosé's live, where the celebrity declared that her and basketball player Ricci Rivero have now broken up.
"Rosé, did you know that the couple you noticed at the concert broke up already? Kidding. But I still love you so much though," Brillantes stated. However, her first remark passed by unnoticed.
Afterwards, Rosé asked fans about their favorite BLACKPINK memory. Andrea Brillantes then replied, "My fave memory was when you noticed me in my proposal."
Andrea's comment immediately drew the singer's attention, to which Rosé replied that she does recall the proposal. The "On The Ground" songstress commented:
"When I noticed you for your proposal. Oh, was that you? I think it was around somewhere in Southeast Asia, where was it? I don't know, but I do remember (the proposal). We've never done that before."
Brillantes then replied, "Omg, yes that's me! We broke up now."
Rosé was caught off-guard when she read the comment, leading her to react in disbelief, and visibly expressed how shocked she was at the news!

On March 26, BLACKPINK held their "BORN PINK" world tour's second day concert at the Philippine Arena.
During the show, members Rosé and Lisa noticed a "promposal" sign held by Andrea Brillantes, who happened to be asking sports celeb Ricci Rivero to the "Star Magical Prom," which includes the attendance of artists under major Philippine media company ABS-CBN. Rose noticed the placard, before reading the caption out loud, "Please go to prom with that girl. 'I just want to ask Ricci Rivero, will you go to prom with Andrea?" Lisa added, "Aw, that's so cute. Congratulations!"
