Taeil's participation on NCT 127's upcoming world tour in November has now been cancelled.

NCT Taeil's Health Status Updated, Idol Cancels Participation on 'NEO CITY - THE UNITY' World Tour

On October 18, SM Entertainment released an official statement updating Taeil's health condition.

Earlier on August 15, Taeil sustained injuries from a motorcycle accident on his way home. The idol was rushed immediately to the hospital due to a bone fracture in his right thigh.

While SM Entertainment initially made it clear that Taeil will not be participating in any official schedules, the agency still followed up an update regarding the idol's health status.

"Hello. We would like to inform everyone about the health condition and future schedule of NCT member Taeil.

In August, Taeil suffered injuries from a motorcycle accident, and this required immediate treatment. Taeil successfully completed the surgery and began the process of recovering his health through treatment with the resolve of meeting fans again.

However, since he still needs more time to receive sufficient treatment and get stable, it was concluded that Taeil will be unable to participate in NCT 127's third tour "NEO CITY - THE UNIT" that is slated for November.

With this sudden information, we kindly ask for the understanding of fans. We would also like to thank fans for their concern with Taeil. We will do the best we can to guarantee Taeil's good health so he can greet fans again.

Thank you."

On October 16, NCT 127 uploaded a poster for their upcoming third world tour "NEO CITY: SEOUL - THE UNITY."

The poster contained the group's schedule and city stops. It stated that NCT 127 will kickstart the show at the KSPO Dome, in Seoul on November 17 (Friday), 18 (Saturday) and 19 (Sunday).
