Renowned singer Jessi, whose candid and fearless personality has captivated fans around the world, recently disclosed her strong desire to become a mother.

During her appearance on the SBS PowerFM radio show, Cultwo Show, which aired on October 26, the artist delved into her aspirations for motherhood and her intentions to preserve her fertility through egg freezing.

Singer Jessi's Motherhood Aspirations

In an engaging exchange with special DJ and rapper Hanhae, Jessi was asked about her alleged plans to freeze her eggs. Without hesitation, Jessi confirmed her intentions, explaining that she hasn't taken this step yet but has concrete plans for the future.

Addressing the common notion that egg freezing can be a challenging and physically demanding process due to the need for hormone injections to stimulate egg production, comedian and radio host Kim Tae Gyun expressed his concerns.

Nevertheless, Jessi responded with unwavering determination, highlighting her unwavering commitment to her future child's well-being.

"It's fine for me," Jessi declared. "The hormones are not good for the body, but I can do anything for the sake of my child. I'm serious."

Her elation at the presence of children in her life was palpable, as she described the endearing experience of being referred to as "Auntie Jessi" by her friend's children.

"So many of my close friends have babies, and I have a niece, so I'm happy. They call me, 'Auntie Jessi,' and it's so pure! Children say everything as it is," 

This was not the first instance in which Jessi publicly expressed her yearning to start a family. In a recent interview video uploaded on the YouTube channel STUDIO WAFFLE on October 25, she voiced her aspirations to become a mother in the near future.

"I'm 34, so I have to freeze my eggs. I haven't done it yet. I plan to do it after my activities end. I have to get married, but I might not be able to get married, so I'm planning to freeze my eggs."

Jessi emphasized her determination to marry the next person she dates, expressing a genuine desire to embark on the journey of motherhood.

"I want to marry the next guy I date. I really want to get married and have babies," 

When probed about her preference between kind and "bad" guys, she intriguingly leaned towards the latter, but her definition of a "bad" partner was far from stereotypical. Her ideal "bad" partner was someone who could lead her and contribute positively to her life.

"Oh, I like bad guys. I don't mean ignorant and bad guys or guys with muscles. I want someone who can lead me and can better me. Someone smart. It's hard to find someone like that now,"
