On November 6, agency Company SooSoo uploaded an official statement declaring legal action against malicious posts against its affiliated artists.
According to their announcement, Company SooSoo addressed the comments that were derived from groundless accusations, along with defaming remarks and malicious insults, which were posted across social media.
It also announced that information will be collected through its monitoring system, and expressed the company's gratitude to fans who are willing to help in pointing out such posts.
Moreover, the company also relayed its official email, which everyone can use to report malicious content. Read the agency's official statement below:
"Hello. This is Company SooSoo.
To protect the honor of our artists who are affiliated with us, we are planning to take regular legal action against people who create malicious posts, comments, baseless accusations, defamation, and malicious insults on online communities and social media.
We will gather information through our internal monitoring system, and we would also be grateful if fans could also help report malicious posts and comments when they come across them (online). Please report any such content to our official email account at clean@companysoosoo.com.
We will continue to make efforts to safeguard the rights of our artists and vigorously take countermeasures against illegal activities, including the spread of false information and defaming rumors. Thank you.
