Fans state that the occasion was a birthday event held at Prince Brewing, where Seungri hosted and entertained goers in the venue. Moreover, local celebrities attended the event, as shown in the photos that were scattered online.

However, netizens were bugged specifically by Seungri's special mention of G-Dragon. According to the posts, the former BIGBANG member declared that he would bring G-Dragon to Cambodia one day, much to the excitement of ecstatic fans.

"He said that he promises to bring GD there sometimes," OP stated.
