In the post, the author compared how Kazuha looked during their debut days and how she looks now.

Notably, during LE SSERAFIM's "FEARLESS" era, she had monolids.

However, recent photos of the idol show that she has a small line on her eyelid, showing she now has doub eyelids.

The author commented how saddened they were that Kazuha now has double eyelids. They stated she may be one of the few cases (possibly the first) who looked better during her debut days than her visuals now. They claim she was prettier when she had monolids. "It's too bad," they stated.

The post quickly went viral, garnering 153,000 views in just a day. Several internet users took to the comment sections to debate whether or not Kazuha did undergo comsetic surgery.
