Former EXO Tao and ex-SM Entertainment trainee Yiyang, who are rumored to be dating, were spotted filming for a show together. During the shoot, the male idol sent fans into a frenzy with his heart-fluttering "jealous" attitude when someone said "I love you" to the female celebrity.

Tao Shows 'Jealous' Side When Fan Confessed Love to Xu Yiyang

On April 16, clips and photos were shared online following the recent sightings of Xu Yiyang and Huang Zitao roaming around various places in China.

With their chemistry, fans and the Chinese media were only waiting for the official confirmation of their real love status.

In particular, the videos and photos were taken when the rumored couple filmed their appearance on the entertainment show, "The Detectives' Adventure."

In online communities, witnesses and testimonies confirmed the closeness of Yiyang and Tao beyond their senior-junior relationship.

During their outdoor shoot, they were spotted riding the same car, and Yiyang was even seen feeding the male idol with bread she had been eating as if it were natural to them.

Even though there were a lot of spectators, the two didn't mind the stares and as if in their own world, Yiyang and Tao continued talking, taking selfies of each other, and even hugging each other while walking.

Among their clips, the rumored couple especially went topic on Weibo when Tao vocally expressed his jealousness when someone confessed his love to Yiyang.

While riding an outdoor vehicle, fans were able to greet the Chinese celebrities and just then, one male fan shouted, "Xu Yiyang, I love you!"

Perplexed, Tao immediately reacted and confirmed it to Yiyang, saying:

"He said 'I love you'?"

Yiyang only laughed, but then Tao continued murmuring something and said in disbelief:

"Someone loves you. (He said) Xu Yiyang, I love you! (mimicking the male fan)."

In the rest of the video, it can be seen then that Tao starts to refuse to talk to Yiyang and the said couple remains silent while Tao sulks while on his phone.

Eventually, the two reconciled when they were spotted riding a car on their way back.

When the rumored couple went viral, a lot of Chinese fans raised suspicions that Huang Zitao and Xu Yiyang, who have been embroiled in dating rumors several times, maybe revealing their relationship through the program.

In the past years, they were continuously embroiled in dating rumors several times as they were spotted enjoying a meal together and entering the same house.

In 2023, tao even proudly showed off affection to idol when he held an event where the phrase, "I love you, Miss Xu," appeared on the electronic display board of a club located in Gangnam.

At the time, Tao repeatedly denied his romantic relationship with Xu claiming that they only have sibling-like relationships, and pointed out that she treats her as a family, given that Yiyang is an artist under the label he founded.

Meanwhile, their connection might have started when they were still both artists under SM Entertainment.

In 2012, Tao debuted as EXO, but left the group in 2015. Yiyang was then a trainee under the company from 2014 to 2018. She almost joined aespa along with her co-SM Rookies NingNing.

She has continued her activities in China since leaving SM Entertainment.
