ATBO Seok Rakwon Leaves Group Due To Health Concerns, IST Releases Official Statement
On May 6, agency IST Entertainment released an official statement on platforms Weverse and X (Twitter), which announced the departure of ATBO member Seok Rakwon.
According to sources, the agency first thanked the fans who have always supported ATBO and apologized for announcing the unfortunate news. IST then disclosed that Seok Rakwon had left the group due to health issues.
IST continued that Seok Rakwon went through a hiatus in March because of anxiety symptoms. During his hiatus, it was revealed that Seok Rakwon used his time to focus on recovery. The agency shared that numerous discussions were held with Seok Rakwon for his future activities.
After several meetings, it was ultimately concluded that Seok Rakwon would prioritize his health, which led to the conclusion of his group activities with ATBO. IST then assured that ATBO will carry out group activities as a six-membered group.
To conclude the announcement, IST encouraged fans to send their warm support for ATBO's activities and efforts in the future, as well as for Seok Rakwon's full recovery.

"Hello. This is IST Entertainment.
We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to the fans who love ATBO, and we would also like to apologize for delivering sad news.
We are here to inform you that ATBO member Seok Rakwon has left the group because of health reasons. Earlier this March, Seok Rakwon underwent a hiatus due to symptoms of anxiety, leading him to focus on recovering his health during his break.
While he was on hiatus, the agency held several discussions with Seok Rakwon regarding his activities and status in the group. After numerous exchanges and thorough planning, it was decided that his health be considered as the top priority.
With this in mind, Seok Rakwon officially wrapped up his activities with ATBO, as the group will proceed to promote as a six-membered group. Once again, we want to apologize who must have been shocked by the abrupt news.
Even if Seok Rakwon's activities with ATBO are about to conclude, we kindly ask everyone to support him in his recovery. Please also show support for ATBO's six members in their upcoming ventures in the future.
