BLACKPINK's Jisoo will be returning with new music in 2025. While the exact date of the idol's comeback schedule has yet to be announced, Jisoo's agency BLISSOO released a statement on the matter.
On January 10, Korean news outlet OSEN released an exclusive report detailing Jisoo's return as a solo artist. The outlet shared that the "FLOWER" singer is currently preparing for a comeback scheduled for February.
When the outlet asked one of Jisoo's representatives in BLISSOO about the plans, the official simply said, "It is difficult to confirm."

Should Jisoo release new music in February, this will mark her first-ever comeback as a solo artist ever since her debut single album ME, which contains the title track "FLOWER" and B-side "All Eyes On Me." The album was released on March 31, 2023.
BLISSOO also claimed that public attention has set its sights on Jisoo since her solo departure from YG Entertainment. Jisoo's fellow BLACKPINK bandmates have debuted solo music in 2024, with Jennie making a comeback with "Mantra," Lisa with "ROCKSTAR" and "New Woman (feat. Rosalía), and Rosé with her first full-length album rosie.
In November 2024, BLISSOO denied the reports of Jisoo's final preparations for a 2024 comeback. The BLACKPINK member is preoccupied with the upcoming zombie drama Newtopia. She is also expected to star in Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint and Monthly Boyfriend.
