Kollaboration Los Angeles 2013 Returns With A Line-Up Of Incredible Talent

KOLLABORATION Los Angeles is back for another showcase of incredible talent.

The event features a competition of the top ten American Pacific Islanders in the LA area and will be held on July 26 at the John Ansen Ford Amphitheatre.

This year's contestants will display a wide range of musical talents from singing and dancing to rapping and beatboxing and even some saxophone-tooting in the 13 th annual talent show.

Hosted by Kollaboration, an Asian Pacific Islander American/Canadian non-profit, the yearly event showcases some of the most talents artists and encourages unity through their mission statement "Empowerment through Entertainment."

The organization "is dedicated to promoting positive and accurate perceptions of Asian Pacific Islander American/Canadians" by giving them the platform to show off their talents and offering support to the community as a whole.

Begun in Los Angeles in 2000, Kollaboration has expanded to other cities around North America including Chicago, New York, Toronto and Boston among many others.

The participants in this year's Los Angeles competition lent their talents to a promotional music video covering Macklemore's hit song "Can't Hold Us."

Those interested in attending the event can buy tickets now for $15 or $40 for VIP seating.
