Today it was revealed that YG Entertainment bought a townhouse in Mapo. 

It was revealed that this past March they bought 3 more in the same area and 3 last year, making it a total of 6 homes. They have bought all the houses in that community except for 3. They are arranging to buy the rest of the three very soon.

YG Entertainment stated that they bought these townhouses in order to create a community for YG artists and trainees. They are currently working on renovating the remaining 3 houses.

Realtors stated that after Yang Hyun Suk bought the YG building, he suddenly became an active real estate investor."
