The Real Housewives of Atlanta Kim Zolciak Pregnant With 5th and 6th Child Is Having Anxiety After Recent Smoking Allegations
Following recent smoking while pregnant allegations, "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" Kim Zolciak is overwhelmed with anxiety after learning that her 5th pregnancy consist of twins.
An insider said that the soon to be mother of six has been feeling the pressure to turn her life around.
"Kim is having a lot of anxiety about her pregnancy, she's completely changed her ways," the source said, according to US Weekly. "She's reached out to some nutritionists and other specialists about staying healthy as of recent."
This news is coming after Splash News released pictures of her in June speculating that she was smoking during her current pregnancy.
TMZ reported that the "Don't Be Tardy..." reality star claims the accusations are false and the pictures were supposedly taken sometime ago.
The smoking pictures were taken down after Zolciak issued a cease and desist after blaming the agency for defamation and trespassing.

This pregnancy is following the birth of her and her Atlanta Falcon husband Kroy Biermann's 12 month old son Kash, born 14 months after his big brothr KJ, age 2.
As told be the insider, Zolciak hopes to bring another female addition to the family.
"[Zolciak] loves being pregnant," said the insider. "She really want a little girl."
The housewife already has two daughters, Brielle and Ariana, who were legal adopted by Biermann.
