Playboy playmate Cassandra Hensley has been found dead last January 15 in the bathtub of her friend's home in Los Angeles, California. Hensley was 34 years old. Foul play has been ruled in the model's death which was possibly caused by accidental overdose as per the authorities.

As per TMZ, Hensley have consumed critical amounts of cocaine and booze prior to her death. Although currently residing in Fairfax, Virginia, she went to her friend's home for a visit. Her friend later found her unconscious while floating in the tub. Although 911 emergency responders came, they were unable to revive the blonde beauty. The results of a full toxicology testing is expected to shed light on the real reason of her demise.

The Utah-born model became known when she was hailed as Playboy's Miss February 2006. In a previous interview with Metropolis Nights magazine, she talked about the good things that took place after she graced Playboy's cover.

"Yes, there is life after Playboy, I have been a part of many great experiences: travel shows, magazine covers, and of course giving advice to young impressionable girls who think they need to act a certain way for a chance to be a model,"  she explained.

Hensley was born and raised in the Salt Lake area of Utah. She began modeling while in college to become an aesthetician. When she placed in the top 20 in a beauty contest in Hawaii, she tried out for Playboy and made it. She stated that she was extremely happy to be a Playmate, that it was a dream come true for her.

Fellow Playboy playmates are mourning for her passing away.

"Cassandra Lynn was very dear friend of mine. Our daughters used to play together and carve pumpkins together. She was a great mom and I knew she was trying to do her best," says Playboy playmate Tina Jordan to TabRag.

Details of her funeral are yet to be confirmed.
