Flappy Bird is a mobile game that has taken the world by storm. You can hear about this game anywhere. On Facebook, Twitter, in malls, or in simple conversation with friends. Many people talk about how addicting the game was while other just love to rant about how much of a failure they are in guiding a bird to get past a number of tubes.

The game was created by Vietnamese developer Dong Nguyen who was amazed with the way his game was received by fans. He treats Flappy Bird as one of his biggest accomplishments. However, he is not happy anymore with it that he is already planning to shut it down from Android and iOS stores. Not that the creator is also getting frustrated with his own game just like many people playing it but because Nguyen is having some trouble handling its success.

In a series of tweets yesterday, Nguyen announced that he will pull out the game from Google Play store by this evening.

"I am sorry 'Flappy Bird' users, 22 hours from now, I will take 'Flappy Bird' down. I cannot take this anymore," he tweeted at exactly 02:02 PM.

"It is not anything related to legal issues. I just cannot keep it anymore. I also don't sell 'Flappy Bird', please don't ask. And I still make games."

He also explained later on that he doesn't want the attention that his work is getting right now.

"I can call 'Flappy Bird' is a success of mine. But it also ruins my simple life. So now I hate it," he tweeted earlier today, while earlier in the week he wrote "Press people are overrating the success of my games. It is something I never want. Please give me peace."

Of course, many Flappy Bird players protested Nguyen's decision.
