Rookie Girl Group 'Year 7 Class 1' Caught In A Controversy For Glorification Of Bullying

Sad news for Rookie girl group Year 7 Class 1 as they've gotten into a controversy considering they've just started as a rookie girl group. Net users are deeming the group to be 'glorificating bullying'. Not a good image to have from the get-go.

The members' titles are based on clique heads: president, vice-president, entertainment head, athletic head, etc. But one member is called the 'bread shuttle' which refers as the one who is bullied acts as a slave in the class, running personal errands and doing whatever a higher member orders them to do. The use of this title has been seen as an action of a school violence. Some net users who knew about this girl group are claiming the use of the term 'bread shuttle' to be a glorification of bullying .

In an interview regarding this controversy, one of the member Yoo Hwa stated, "While there is a negative meaning [to 'bread shuttle'], we decided to use the term in order to show that we can come together with others."

We hope the group will patch things up around this issue..
