Rapper Mad Clown and singer Eddy Kim's songs were deemed inappropriate for broadcast by KBS. Mad Clown announced that he will not change the song in any way.

Mad Clown stated that he does not plan to reappeal, although a couple of his songs were deemed inappropriate for broadcast by KBS. Eddy Kim will further discuss the matter with his agency.

In the ruling announced on April 9, Mad Clown's "Gum (Feat. Fana and Oh Ji Eun)" was deemed inappropriate because the lyrics pointed to a specific brand "Mercerdes" and contained profanity.

Other tracks "Price of Gang" and "Stalker (feat. Crucial Star)" were also deemed unsuitable due to violent language, while title track "Without You (feat. Hyorin)" safely passed the bar.

Eddy Kim"Slow Dance" was also deemed inappropriate because it contained the words "grey goose", a French vodka brand.
