‘Lost’ Actress Yunjin Kim Returns To ‘Mistresses’ Season 2 On ABC: Watch Trailer Here [VIDEO]

Yunjin Kim's character on 'Mistresses', a 2013 summer TV show, had a gun pointed at her in the cliffhanger finale of season 1. For the 'Lost' actress, Yunjin Kim is very used to being on the edge about getting cut from a show due to the death of her character. But this time around, Yunjin Kim was confident about being back for season 2. The season premiere is on Monday at 10 p.m. on ABC.

"[My character] survived," Yunjin Kim said with a laugh in a telephone interview with the Canadian Press. "'Mistresses,' it's not like 'Lost,' where I don't think the main characters really need to worry about being killed off the show."

She humorously added, "I was feeling a little confident that it wasn't my blood on that white couch that splattered."

Wait, did she just spoil the first episode of season 2? Not really. The season 2 trailer, released last week, showed Yunjin Kim's character was alive and well, sipping Champagne and talking frank. Watch the trailer and sneak peak here:

"It's just been so much fun," she said to the Canadian Press. "Last year felt heavier, all of my storylines, for obvious reasons, but just very serious. But this season there's a lot more comedy to Karen overall, just a lot more layers.

"It's good, it's so juicy - it's so juicy," she added. "I'm very excited about this season and my character, especially this season."

Looks like in this season, Karen will try to sort her romantic life out and, according to Yunjin Kim, will be getting into "crazy situations" and being a lot more "colourful."

'Mistresses', based on the 2008 British series of the same name and created by K.J. Steinberg, follows the lives of four female friends and their racy, sexy, complex relationships. Catch the show on ABC on Monday at 10 p.m.!
