"Person of Interest" season 4 spoilers revealed the addition of "femme fatale" Cara Buono to the cast as the premiere "Panopticon" will reportedly open with a time jump.

Cara Buono will play a recurring character as a femme fatale, according to the "Person of Interest" season 4 spoilers by Deadline.

"Buono's character is said to be uniquely qualified to navigate next season's 'new world order,' in which Samaritan is online and all-seeing, forcing Reese, Finch and the rest of Team Machine to lay low using unimpeachable aliases," the TVLine description said.

Showrunner Greg Plageman also revealed that fans would be "pleasantly surprised" by Cara Buono's character.

The website added more "Person of Interest" season 4 spoilers when it said that the premiere season will pick up a month-and-a-half after the season 3 finale.

According to Cartermatt, a "Panopticon" is a structure "built specifically for the purpose of giving a watchman the power to have as close of a panoramic view as possible of his surroundings," while not allowing the people to know that they are being watched.

Earlier, showrunner Jonathan Nolan dished out "Person of Interest" season 4 spoilers to TVGuide as he said: "Now that our heroes have assumed fake identities and gone into hiding, they'll have to get real jobs. Now you've got to be Clark Kent - you've got to be the regular guy."

"Shaw's going to have a day job and co-workers, and so are Reese and Finch. That can be great fun and is also a grounded aspect of the show versus this titanic battle taking place around them," he added.

However, they won't be hiding for long as Jonathan Nolan revealed more "Person of Interest" season 4 spoilers saying: "Our Machine's in a lot of trouble. Samaritan's the bigger, tougher kid on the block. Root is going to be key to keeping our team alive and focusing on the question of how they put the genie back in the bottle."
