"Castle" season 7 spoilers revolve around Castle and Beckett's relationship which will only get stronger after the crash, as new showrunner David Amman assured that Andrew Marlowe is still very much part of the show.

Executive producer David Amman revealed "Castle" season 7 spoilers during the Television Critics Association summer press tour on Tuesday regarding Castle and Beckett's romance.

 "We are as committed to their relationship as Castle and Beckett are - they are deeply in love and they have overcome a great many challenges already. So whatever [has happened] is not going to tear them apart. If anything, it will make them stronger," he said.

Showrunner Andrew Marlowe chimed in when he said that there's going to be a lot of questions raised regarding their relationship and who kidnapped Castle, "but the two of them are going to face those questions together."

"We're not looking to significantly alter the trajectory of their relationship or pull the rug out from under the audience. We're looking to open up some really interesting aspects of storytelling for the Castle character, who hasn't been as deeply explored as Beckett over the past six years - and we're really excited by that opportunity," he told TVLine.

Meanwhile, David Amman said that he's not going to replace Andrew Marlowe like what fans feared.

"Andrew and I have been working together since I arrived on the show five years ago. He's still very much a part of the show and he's going to be very much involved. The vision is going to remain the same," he told TVLine.

Earlier, Andrew Marlowe dished out "Castle" season 7 spoilers when he posted on Twitter a teaser photo along with the caption: "Wanna see a cool picture of my office light switch? I find it fascinating."

The photo showed that there are 23 episodes for season 7 of "Castle."
