Rihanna Harassed By Creepy Stalker: Man Arrested In NYC, Singer Updates Twitter With 'Pray 4 Me'

Rihanna has had a creepy run-in with a stalker! A homeless man was arrested in New York this week for "stalking and harassing Rihanna" by bringing letters to her home and mailing others to her pad in California.

"Kevin Mcglynn was allegedly caught on surveillance three separate times this month... delivering the notes calling her a bitch and threatening to bum rush her home," reported TMZ.

"He also allegedly sent at least four letters to her California home."

We can only imagine what a frightening experience the letters would have been for the 26-year-old!

Police were able to track down Rihanna's creepy stalker when he accidentally dropped his benefits card with his address on it in her SoHo building.

As for one of the reasons why the man was behaving in such a creepy way towards the singer? He claimed in court that "Rihanna, Jay Z and Kanye West jacked his material".

Kevin Mcglynn is being held without bail.

It is not known whether Rihanna's short "Pray 4 me" message on Twitter in the early morning of July 26 was related in any way to the stalking incident - but either way, we hope she's feeling a little safer!

It's one of the first messages the star has posted on her Twitter account since the "#FreePalestine" saga.

TMZ reported that a source close to the singer claimed her #FreePalestine tweet wasn't meant to be seen by the public and her 36 million followers.

"She deleted it because it was never meant to be tweeted," said the source. "She didn't even realize it was a tweet until she started hearing from her fans."

The Rihanna Twitter account, run by the Barbadian star herself, was quick to respond to the Twitter outcry - the tweet disappeared about eight minutes after it was originally posted. But the source close to the star maintains the whole situation was purely an accident.

"The source says Rihanna was reading about the Middle East conflict online when she clicked a link," reports TMZ. "The next thing she new... her fans were asking her why she was pro-Palestine."

To smooth over Rihanna's Twitter drama, with fans wondering why the singer was showing allegiance in any side of conflict, the source said the star is neither pro-Palestine or pro-Israel.

"She is pro-peace. She doesn't want innocent people dying," said the source.
