Jay Z Beyonce divorce rumors are back in the headlines as gossip has emerged that Jay Z had an affair with Rihanna. Adding fuel to the fire are reports that Beyonce was spotted apartment hunting without Jay Z.

There has been Jay Z Beyonce divorce talk since TMZ put up footage of Beyonce's sister Solange Knowles jumping Jay Z after the Met Ball.

The New York Post has been on top of the story. A source told The Post "There's still something there, even though it's not going to last. Business is always part of the equation. They know they're the king and queen of hip-hop - and really, all of music. Neither wants to lose that."

According to Forbes Magazine, Jay Z and Beyonce's "On the Run" tour is on its way to pull in $100 million. If you've seen Beyonce and Jay Z on tour, you might think they are still a loving couple, but the New York Post says rumors that Jay Z and Rihanna had an affair are stretching their marriage past the breaking point.

The New York Post report says Beyonce was spotted checking ouot a $21.5 million penthouse apartment in Chelsea without her rapper husband. Jay Z has a huge place in Tribeca.

"I can say with certainty that Jay is not downsizing," a source told the New York Post.

The New York Post also reported that Jay Z chased Beyoncé for quite a while before she deigned to date him. Apparently, the Post claims, Beyonce wasn't interested.

The New York Post quoted Beyonce's uncle saying "She told me she wasn't too fond of him... I guess she wasn't attracted to him. .... "Jay's a kingmaker; she recognized that. This was a come-up for her, no question. She had to learn the ropes as presented by Jay-but really, this was mostly about business."

Forbes recently ranked Beyoncé the world's most powerful celebrity of 2014. Jay Z came in at sixth place. Together the couple hit Number one on Billboard's Power 100 List in February.  International Business Times puts their combined wealth at just under $1 billion.
