Amid all the speculation that Orlando Bloom threw a punch at Justin Bieber over a comment he might have made over Bloom's ex-wife Miranda Kerr, there is still persistent rumors that Bloom is dating "Vampire Diaries" star Nina Dobrev.

After three years of marriage, Orland Bloom split from his supermodel wife Miranda Kerr in October 2013. The couple co-parent their 3-year-old son Flynn. This morning a YouTube Video that was leaked by TMZ appeared to show the aftermath of an Orlando Bloom-Justin Bieber punchout.

While the video, sadly, only started taping after the punch was allegedly thrown, the backstory says Justin got a little too close to Orlando's ex-wife.

But over the weekend Nina Dobrev sparked dating rumors after she was seen hanging out with Orlando Bloom at Comic-Con. Dobrev was also spotted with Benjamin McKenzie and other hunky leading men, but Orlando Bloom and Nina Dobrev looked cozier than most.

A source told Us Weekly magazine "Nina has known Orlando for a few years now. She's been out with him in social settings with mutual friends. She's always thought he was an attractive man."

Orlando Bloom was in San Diego to support his spot in the film "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies." After the convention, Bloom hit Playboy's party for the A&E show "Bates Motel." Nina Dobrev was at Comic-Con to promote "Vampire Diaries" with her ex-boyfriend Ian Somerhalder. The pair split up in May 2013. Ian Somerhalder has since been reportedly dating Twilight actress Nikki Reed.

A witness told E! News that Bloom and Dobrev "seemed connected like magnets. They were canoodling [and] he had his arm around her."

English actor Orlando Bloom was reportedly sipping Patron XO tequila when Nina Dobrev came to his table. Witnesses told the New York Daily News that the pair "talked closely."

Witnesses told the New York Daily News that Bloom and Dobrev were "dancing very closely, flirting, laughing and whispering in each other's ears."

"Orlando is usually reserved, but he had his hands around her waist and he was dancing with her very closely. At one point, I really thought they were going to kiss," the Daily News' "spy" continued.
