According to IB Times, Prince Harry was spotted kissing former Miss Edinburgh Camilla Thurlow at Tonteria night club, owned by Harry's friend Guy Pelly. The location is also reportedly the location of Harry's 30th birthday party in September, the publication reports.

The report claims Prince Harry and Camilla Thurlow were spotted "being affectionate and even kissing while hanging out at the hot spot during a World Cup themed party several weeks ago. Despite being seen kissing, the same reports also state that the pair are not seriously involved."

So who is Camilla Thurlow? IB Times reports she's a 25 year-old staff member of The Halo Trust, a charitable institution which Harry's mother Princess Diana was heavily involved in.

Is Camilla Prince Harry's new girlfriend? We think it's too early to say anything for sure. Just earlier this month, there were reports that the young royal reached out to former flame Caroline Flack, who used to date One Direction singer Harry Styles, and the prince was also spotted partying with his other ex girlfriend Chelsy Davy at a friend's wedding.

"They have been in contact by phone," a source told the Daily Mail on Sunday about Prince Harry reaching out to ex girlfriend Caroline Flack. "Harry likes to keep in touch with his old girlfriends and he knows Caroline is fun and discreet.

"In fact someone mentioned his name the other day and Caroline got flustered and went bright red."

According to the Mirror, Prince Harry and TV presenter Caroline Flack split up five years ago, in 2009, after he broke up with long-term girlfriend Chelsy Davy. Flack briefly dated One Direction singer Harry Styles in 2009, who at the age of 17 was 14 years younger than her.

As we previously reported, the royal spent "a lot of time" with Chelsy Davy at a friend's wedding in June. According to the Christian Post, waiter Stephan Csonto told the Daily Mail that Prince Harry was frequently by Chelsy Davy's side.

Harry's latest ex girlfriend, Cressida Bonas, is meanwhile focusing on her acting career and recently made her stage debut at Hay-On-Wye Festival, E! Online reports. The 25-year-old has a minor role in the play "There's A Monster In The Lake" but received "rave reviews for her performance," Fashion & Style reports. The play opens in London later this month.
