Newly married Novak Djokovic swooned over another marriage proposal from a fellow tennis player Fabio Fognini. Looks like the tennis boys are ditching their wife Jelena Ristic and girlfriend Flavia Pennetta for some bromance at Rogers Cup! Maybe Novak Djokovic and Fabio Fognini will trump Grigor Dimitrov and Andy Murray’s bromance at this year’s Rogers Cup.

Novak Djokovic certainly is! Right after winning 2014 Wimbledon, after a grueling game against Roger Federer, he married his high school girlfriend Jelena Ristic in a fairytale wedding in a private estate in Montenegro. Their guest list was rumored to include Andy Murray and other famous tennis stars.

Looks like Fabio Fognini swooped in a little too late to declare his bromance. Early bird gets the worm! Oh well, they have the Rogers Cup together. And the rest of the WTA tour. Actually, Fabio may be able to spend more time with Novak than Jelena will be able to this fall!

Twitter users and tennis fans are loving the display of bromance on social media. Novak Djokovic is known for imitating woman for Youtube. He once imitated Maria Sharapova’s playing style for fun and the video went viral.

So it's not unexpected that Novak chose to be the woman in the Twitter proposal staging with Fabio Fognini! Let's just hope that his wife Jelena Ristic also takes this as a good joke.

Novak Djokovic and Fabio Fognini are in Toronto to compete in the Rogers Cup. They will also be playing at the U.S Open in late August.
