B1A4 Recognized As 'K-pop's Star' By US Media

Boy group B1A4 has grasped the hearts of fans and media internationally.

U.S. media outlets such as Digital Journal and Kuam News praised the five-member idol group for the creativity involved in making their new song titled "Solo Day."

Billboard also published a detailed article highlighting the innovativeness of the K-pop group's latest single and accompanying music video.

"'Solo Day' is another feel-good track one can blast from the car speakers. There's lively guitars, bumping 808 and a folky whistle section - pervasive in pop and K-pop music alike nowadays - making the song all the more addictive after multiple spins," wrote the media outlet.

The music magazine added, "The accompanying music video keeps the tracks' exuberant spirit alive."

B1A4 is getting so big outside of Korea that the group is set to hold a tour in Australia in September, according to the publication SBS Pop Asia.

The five-member boy group has continued to rank high on music charts within Korea while juggling their success abroad. B1A4 launched their No. 1 streak with their appearance on the Korean MBC music program, "Show Champion," which aired on July 23.

B1A4 will be kicking off their international "Road Trip" tour this month in Taiwan. The boys will then head to "KCON 2014," which is set to be held in Los Angeles.

B1A4 recently sat down for an interview on the KBS radio program "Jo Jung Chi and Jang Dong Min's 2 O'Clock" where member Gongchan shockingly revealed that he's never been in a relationship before.

"I never dated anybody, we sort of had something going on? We really liked each other. I confessed to her, but she turned me down. I don't why," explained Gongchan, according to the publication Allkpop.

Despite the boys' good looks, all five members have currently stepped away from the dating scene.

"A song like this didn't come out for no reason. We are all single right now," stated Jinyoung.
