A winner has been announced for Taeyang's "Eyes, Nose, Lips" cover project.

The star of the competition, Margarita Letitchevski, was able to sing the hit track in impeccable Korean and even embodied the expressiveness of the black and white music video that Taeyang released along with the single.

Letitchevski was picked as the top contestant based on the votes of the audience, producers as well as Taeyang himself.

The "Eyes, Nose, Lips COVER PROJECT BY YOU" was held from June 27 to July 18 via Taeyang's official Facebook page and gathered a total of 1,002 participants from a total of 62 different countries.

"Eyes, Nose, Lips" has become so huge that it was ranked the No. 1 most popular karaoke song for the fourth consecutive week.

The Big Bang member has gained ongoing success and international recognition for his latest album "Rise." Taeyang is set to launch his first solo tour in Japan, titled "SOLO JAPAN TOUR - RISE 2014" on August 12, according to Yahoo Entertainment Singapore.

Despite the album receiving critical acclaim, Taeyang, who is a self-proclaimed master cook, revealed that he's not sure what the next steps in his career are at the moment.

"I feel very happy that many people liked the album, but now, I am getting worried about the next album, and the next chapter of my life. This album is a collection of the time that I spent during last four years," stated the R&B singer in his recent interview with online fashion magazine "Hypebest."

The 26-year-old also revealed that he's been struggling to find the balance between the music that he wants to do and the music that his fans and the K-pop industry want him to do.

"The priority is showing another side of me, but finding the balance is the most important thing," stated Taeyang.
