"Revenge" season 4 spoilers revealed that Emily Thorne's relationship with David Clarke could hang in the balance as "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D" star Elena Satine heads to the Hamptons as Louise.

According to Examiner, Emily Thorne has lost sight of who Amanda Clarke is anymore after having assumed an identity for so long. The "Revenge" season 4 spoilers revealed that she will be trying to figure out herself so she could live with the truth, but the website said this is easier said than done.

Emily Thorne's quest for revenge was a result of David Clarke's "death," now that he's alive, she probably won't take the news very well.

Now his return can cause a tug-of-war between Emily Thorne and Victoria Grayson, as showrunner Aaron Herberts dished out "Revenge" season 4 spoilers to E! News:

"If Victoria Grayson manages to get to him first, she could convince David to turn on Emily. If Victoria gets to David before Emily does, then she has the upper hand. She has the control and could he be manipulated by her?" he said.

According to Bustle, David Clarke will return from the dead but he "isn't the man they think they knew."

"He is most definitely not the same wood carving man that Emily remembers him to be. His absence for the past 20 years will be a huge focus for the upcoming season," it said.

Meanwhile, Variety reported of more "Revenge" season 4 spoilers when it said that "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D" cast Elena Satine has joined the cast of "Revenge" season 4.

She will play Louise, which is described as a "slightly unhinged daughter" of an affluent family in the south. The recurring character that she will play will have a connection with somebody in the Hamptons.

"Revenge" season 4 will premiere on ABC on Sunday, Sept. 28.
