Selena Gomez has a new boyfriend? The "Come & Get It" hitmaker has been caught partying and cozying up with a guy who's not Justin Bieber on her 22nd birthday celebration in France.

Many were surprised to see Selenita with a new hot guy friend named Tommy Chiabra who has been present all through out her birthday bash in St. Tropez. The alleged couple was seen hugging, jet skiing and partying.

Gomez posted a photo of herself on Instagram with Michelle Rodriguez' rumored girlfriend Cara Delevingne and two more friends captioning it with, "Thank you SO much for my birthday wishes -this has been the BEST birthday yet! THANK YOU!!!!"

She then shared a photo of her birthday cake "@simplychocolatecph for my cake. DUDE, the most incredible chocolate. Ever. And I like chocolate."

The bikini-clad group was spotted basking in the sun on their yacht doing all sorts of water activities including parasailing.

 The mystery man who is now being rumored as Selena Gomez new boyfriend is no mystery man at all, HollywoodLife.com identified the hot new guy as Tommy Chiabra, who dated Gossip Girl star Jessica Szohr.

Selena Gomez and her new boyfriend were seen really having a time of their lives jumping off the yacht and cuddling each other while getting dried with a towel.

The fun didn't stop there, the rumored couple together with Cara Delevingne and the group partied hard smoking and drinking on the yacht.
